We are in network with United, Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. We don’t accept Cigna or Medicaid.
We may be out-of-network depending on your plan, but don’t worry — our in-house insurance billing department can verify your benefits and submit claims directly.
If your policy allows out of network services, we will submit claims directly to your insurance company and discuss your financial responsibility with you. If your policy does not cover our services, you will be provided with a self-pay option. An itemized receipt complete with service and diagnostic codes will be provided upon request.
Families are liable for the financial responsibilities as determined by their insurance company. This includes co-pays, co-insurances, and deductible amounts. If you have any questions about working with us, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Afterschool times are highly sought after, and we appreciate your understanding as we work on accommodating more families. Our availability for sessions after 4:00 PM will grow as we welcome additional therapists and see patients transition out of our program. While we cannot provide a specific timeline for waitlists, we encourage families to consider options like early dismissal or late arrival to allow their child to attend sessions during the day. We’re happy to provide a letter for the school to support attendance adjustments, making it easier for your child to benefit from their therapy sessions!
Therapy Sessions
-
Our model offers 30-minute sessions, which are effective in optimizing attention and achieving the best treatment outcomes. We often pair Speech and Occupational Therapy, allowing us to effectively address the core areas impacting your child's development and concerns. This collaborative approach ensures a comprehensive experience that supports growth and progress.
-
Evaluations take about 45 minutes to complete, and can be split into two sessions if need be. Once we’ve evaluated your child, you’ll receive a report within 2-4 weeks.
-
For evaluations, we invite one parent or guardian to join the session at a time, allowing for focused attention and engagement.
During treatment sessions, we encourage parents to relax in the designated waiting area.
This model facilitates independence and focus while maintaining the confidentiality of other children in the shared space.
Our suite offers a spacious open floorplan, creating a vibrant environment where children can actively participate in therapy across various areas. Your child will have the exciting opportunity to transition between different stations tailored to their individual goals, fostering independence and encouraging collaborative play with other children. This dynamic approach enhances their therapy experience and facilitates their skills in a fun and supportive setting!
-
Parents receive updates at the end of each session, ensuring you are informed and engaged in your child's progress. Our therapists often share videos and pictures to showcase techniques and home practice activities, providing valuable insights and resources to support your child’s development at home. This collaborative communication enhances the therapy experience and empowers you to be an active participant in your child's growth!

We are a medically-based practice dedicated to functional, medically necessary skills that enhance your child's overall development. While schools concentrate on academic impacts, collaborating with your child’s study team is an excellent way to establish effective support within the school environment. Our team is committed to observing your child and sharing our goals and therapeutic strategies, which can be beneficial for the school's understanding of your child’s needs. While we focus on therapeutic support rather than academic recommendations, our partnership can help create a well-rounded approach to your child's success.
