What is Myofunctional Therapy?
Myofunctional therapy is a specialized treatment that helps retrain the muscles of the face, mouth, and tongue. It supports proper breathing, chewing, swallowing, speaking, and resting posture - functions that impact your overall health more than you might think.
At Brave Wings, we’re now offering myofunctional therapy for adults who are ready to take control of issues like jaw tension, mouth breathing, and speech challenges.
